【Terms and Rules】

1 、 All prices are US dollar clearing.

2 、 US dollar and RMB Yuan exchange rate to the People's Bank of exchange rates.

3 、 Plus 13% service charge and government tax.

4 、 Room rate in the calculation of a one (single or double rooms)

5 、 Children under the age of 12 live with their parents in a room without beds, without any additional charges.

6 、 Each room can only extra one bed.

7 、 Check in time is 14:00.

8 、 Check out time is 12:00.

9 、 Staying late to 18:00, to be paid on the day when the room costs 50%,18:00after day to be paid one night room rate.

10 、 If room rate change is today room rate.

11 、 Accept all cards, and domestic banking cards, Peony Card and Great Wall Card.

12 、 Not accept personal cheques.

13 、 20% discount for network and telephone.
